In Panorama, the basic platform is designed in the look and feel of your brand. You can then add an unlimited number of events. This is ideal for when you organise multiple internal and external events per year for both employees and guests!
Even if your organisation is located in different countries or has sister companies, Panorama helps to maintain a clear overview of international events and guests.

Panorama offers the possibility to collaborate with colleagues in a structured and GDPR-proof manner. You have up-to-date access to the status of events, registrations and orders at any time.
To complete the basic platform, you can choose from the Panorama modules. Read more about this in Step 2.
After creating your basic platform, you can choose from two Panorama modules. Naturally, both modules are also an option. Panorama can be set up according to your own wishes.

After choosing the module it is time to start the communication process. Communication is key. Invite guests with personalised e-mail flows, or think of a 'save the date' card with a video, delivered to their homes!
Guests then register themselves within the GDPR-proof system: this reduces the error susceptibility of data. Panorama also saves you a lot of time.
